i am pretty new in the furry fandom, and i wanted to buy a partial fursuit of my sona, a own spezies i created, but i dont know what the normal price is like. a fursuit maker said he can make it for 1300 euros. but i dont know if i should buy it or not

You should always check the reputation of a suit maker. Are there examples of their work? Are there reviews? Maybe bewares?
If you can't find anything about the maker's previous works, better chose someone else.

1300 Euro is an okay price for a partial.
